This was such excellent value and filled a gap in our itinerary that public transport couldn’t! Pickup was prompt and the communication clear beforehand. Our luggage was looked after at the safari company base while we drove another 40 minutes to Yala and spent 3 hours being driven around the park. Sadly we didn’t see leopards but we did get to see some cool birds. Then the transfer to the coast was very smooth and in a very nice AC vehicle.
Perfekte Tour wenn man von Ella aus in den Süden möchte und noch den National Park mitnehmen will. Wir wurden mittags abgeholt und hatten noch ca 2 1/2 h Zeit im Park um die wunderbare Natur zu bewundern. Anfangs gab es ein paar Schwierigkeiten mit der Abholung, da wir als Gruppe 2 verschiedene Hotels in Ella hatten und die Wege dort wegen dem Regen für den großen Van zu steil und rutschig waren - eher unsere Schuld dass wir nicht pünktlich fertig waren. Der Fahrer hat sich dann sehr bemüht noch pünktlich zur Safari anzukommen und hat ordentlich Gas gegeben. was wir anfangs nicht wussten was hier in der Beschreibung sehr hilfreich wäre: Man muss den Parkeintritt in Bar bezahlen! In der Beschreibung steht dass der Parkguide inklusive ist (was auch stimmt), aber auf den Parkeintritt von 15000 lkr wird nicht eingegangen.
